Castanhas Technology Services (CTS) was founded in 2007, built on deep experience across real estate systems and enterprise technology consulting. Our founder, Paul Castanhas, recognized an opportunity to provide consulting grounded in real system experience, based on his background, including 10 years as a Professional Services Consultant at MRI Software and as VP of IT for Kushner Companies.
Today, CTS is a team of specialized consultants with deep expertise across MRI, Yardi® , and the broader CRE technology ecosystem. We understand accounting, property management, and operational workflows in practice, not just in theory, allowing us to solve problems, configure systems, and support operations with real expertise.
